Research the History of the County of Strathcona
Visitors can use the Research Library resources for home schooling and to obtain information about family, community, and local government history. Researchers can access the archives and oral histories to obtain information about local families and organizations. Two computer terminals with links to our databases are available for public use. Our databases have a family name search function that is very useful to genealogists. Also, many artifact photographs, archival photographs, land grant information and maps may be viewed. Approximately 250 oral histories may be listened to while viewing the transcripts of the interviews.
